My take on a werewolf that I wanted looked more grounded in biology and nature rather than lean on the more familiar supernatural look. Lots of studies comparing humans to chimps, baboons, lions and wolfs to strike the right balance between human and predatory animal. Particularly in making the jaw structure look believable.
One calm and one angry version modelled to show variety in expression.
